As with all our services, it starts with our fleet vehicles collecting the documents from your office. Our vehicles use the latest tracking technology and are all fitted with Dash Cams for security.
We ask that the documents are safely filed in archive boxes, these can also be supplied by us upon request. A suitable collection time is agreed, and our drivers attend site to transfer the files to our vehicle for delivery to our storage facility in Paisley, near Glasgow.
Upon receipt in our facility, your archives will be given a unique client and store number before entering our secured storage area.
Our storage facility is heated, locked, covered by full colour and recording CCTV, has fire suppressant technology, secure entry and intruder alarmed. Entry to the facility is monitored and controlled.
On demand scanning
As your records are readily available to our specialist scanning staff, our on demand scanning and digitisation service can be expedited, making necessary information available almost immediately. Should you need a record or piece of information urgently, we can deliver it, in a digital format, within 60 minutes.
In line with all of our services, should you require a file to be digitised, it will be indexed and named as per the job brief, and made available in traditional methods, such as secure CD, DVD, USB Portable Drive or modern methods with access being available through our internally managed, secure cloud servers.
